Refund policy

Can I cancel a placed order?

Yes. You can request order cancellation by sending an email with the subject: "CANCEL ORDER - [Your order Code]" to support@personalmonday.com within 3 hours of placing the order. We will promptly review the information and respond to you with the cancellation options.

If the order hasn't been produced or shipped, we will send you an approval email for the cancellation request, along with the refund process.

Once the order is produced or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Our system is automated to ensure the fastest production and delivery to customers. Therefore, after a successful order placement, it will be processed quickly for production and shipping. We advise customers to review information carefully for accuracy before placing and paying for an order

My product is faulty, can I return it?

If your order is faulty, you can still receive a refund or a replacement product from Personal Monday without the need to return the order.

How will I receive a refund?

Personal Monday has a refund policy for customers experiencing manufacturing defects in their orders. If your product is faulty or doesn't match the description, please send clear photographic evidence of the damage to support@personalmonday.com. After reviewing your request, a Personal Monday representative will provide the most suitable solution, either offering a replacement or a refund.

Our policy extends for 15 days from the date of delivery. If the 15-day period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot process a refund or exchange for you

When will I receive the refund?

You will receive the refund within 5-15 working days after the refund request is approved.
